We at PACCOR constantly evolve our technologies and materials, to create coffee capsules that minimize waste and maximize the taste of the product.
Our priority is to preserve the delicious taste of freshly roasted beans in just one pod, because nothing is more important than protecting the incomparable flavor of coffee. Our high-performance, sustainable coffee capsules prevent contamination of the coffee by oxygen or moisture and ensure a safe heating process – and they are recyclable, too.

More taste, less waste
As a signatory to the New Plastic Global Commitment, we want 100% of plastic packaging to be safely recycled. Therefore, we did not just develop another single-serve pod solution but instead started a compostable coffee capsule revolution. Thanks to our innovative materials engineering team, our capsules provide a great aroma barrier and can be recycled.

PP for pods
The material we use most often for our pods is PP (polypropylene). Due to the larger number of municipal programs that support PP recycling, this plastic material was identified to replace PS (polystyrene).
Post-consumer recycling
Our experts have developed a PP material structure that can be recycled in a material recovery facility (MRF). Plastics retain their value for sale by recycling companies as post-consumer recycled (PCR).
Recyclable Solutions
Our manufacturing systems are designed for reusing our in-house regrind PP-based material.

Polypropylene k-cup Compatible
Our PP K-CUP compatible solution meets or exceeds market performance specifications for shelf life and sustainability. It runs with great consistency and efficiency in high-speed fill-and-seal equipment.
RECYCLABLE NESPRESSO™ COMPATIBLE
Our Nespresso™ compatible capsule has outstanding low leakage during brewing and produces excellent coffee. We can supply Recyclable PP barrier capsules offering a long shelf life and high sustainability performance.
RECYCLABLE DOLCE GUSTO® COMPATIBLE
Our capsules for use with Dolce Gusto® machines possess outstanding low leakage during brewing and can be used for coffee and other beverages such as chocolate, latte macchiato, and many more. Its recyclable PP barrier ensures a long shelf life and high sustainability performance.

Our mission: to produce high-quality cups from a more sustainable PP material. Our development and innovation team, in collaboration with our industry-leading technology partners, has created and installed two state-of-the-art inline systems for pellet-to-pod production. Our capsules are a breakthrough when it comes to sustainability.
